If you, your driver or taxi driver does not know the way to the Clinic, call the Clinic number again and our expert Security Service will talk to them and give directions.
Please remember that payment for services is due the same day.
Patient Registration
New patients are asked to complete a simple questionnaire to acquaint us with any relevant medical history and a current medication treatment, as well as basic contact and insurance information. You will be registered with TIC and you may express a preference for a specific doctor, if he or she is available.
