Pregnancy is a wonderful condition but after having a baby it is very difficult to keep the body in a good shape.
To help you keep your muscles strong even during pregnancy we are inviting you to our Prenatal classes.
Every Mondays and Thursdays from 10 am till 11am Dr.Gulvira (our physiotherapist) will show you stretching exercises which can help you during delivery and even after delivery to return the body to a good shape.
